Mobile App Update
On January 7th, 2025, a new version of the Reconnect Community app will be released. While the update should be automatic, in the event your app does not update automatically, you can try manually reinstalling the app:
- First, uninstall the old version of Reconnect Community
- Install the latest version by going to the Google Play Store (Android phones) or the iOS App Store (iPhones) and searching for Reconnect Community.
- You may need to log in again after updating the application using your username and PIN.
The application will not look drastically different, you will feel improved performance.
