Learn how to download and log into the Reconnect Community app.

Downloading the Reconnect Community App

Reconnect Community is available on both iOS and Android devices. To download the app, search for “Reconnect Community” in your device’s app store or use one of these links:

Logging In

After downloading is complete, launch the Reconnect Community app on your device. You will be asked to log in using the username and PIN provided by your case manager. If you do not have that information, please reach out to your case manager. Keep your PIN private and please it as you would a password.

After your initial login, you will be prompted to allow certain permissions. These settings allow Reconnect Community to run effectively.

What Notifications Can You Expect From Reconnect Community?

Reconnect Community will send push notifications for reminders, check-ins, and when you receive a message on the app. You may also receive silent push notifications that say “Testing App Connection” or “Syncing”. These are designed to make sure the communication to your device remains open so other notifications can be delivered on time. You can clear and ignore these notifications, but you can also temporarily stop them by opening the app and making sure you are logged in. If you feel that you receive these notifications too frequently, reach out to your case manager for assistance.
